I'm worried sick

F***!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The symptom is not getting better. It's getting worst.
For once in my life I'm actually scared, scared that whatever that is wrong with me is going to be worst.

I was perfectly fine yesterday afternoon. Then it suddenly stroke. To make things worse I think I got a mild case of gastric after lunch.

I can't concentrate on anything else.
